Facts
The petitioner, Syed Mushtaq Hussain Shah, acting as attorney of Mst. Abbas Begum, alienated property measuring 4 marlas in Sargodha through a registered power of attorney.
Mst. Abbas Begum passed away on 08.08.2010, but the petitioner allegedly executed and presented sale documents for registration on 01.09.2010, after her death.
The FIR (No.405/2010) was lodged under Sections 420, 468, 471 PPC at Police Station Cantt, Sargodha, alleging fraud and forgery.
