West Pakistan Urban Rent Restriction Ordinance (VI of 1959)--
-- S. 13 read with Evidence Act (I of 1872), S. 116-Estoppel of tenant-Custodian Department selling superstructure of land in dispute to a person and no more interested in matter thereafter-Tenant appellant paying rent to such vendee and such attornment made under no misunderstandings-Tenant appellant subsequently attorning to respondent and paying him rent-Tenant appellant in circumstances, held, cannot deny title of respondent lessor and estopped from raising plea that land belonged to Custodian and not to respondent.-[Estoppel].
