----S. 497(2)---Penal Code (XLV of 1860), S. 302/307/148/149---Bail, grant of-- Trial Court was to determine the culpability of accused for the offences with which they had been charged, particularly the one fa ling within the mischief of S.149, P.P.C.---Accused had been assigned an ineffective role and their case needed further inquiry within the meaning of S.497(2), Cr.P.C.---Accused were admitted to bail in circumstances.
