JUDGMENT
This appeal under section 21 of the Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance, 1979 (hereinafter called 'the Ordinance') is directed against the order dated 31-7-1980, passed by Second Rent Controller, Karachi in Rent Case No. 1269 of 1980, whereby he has allowed the application under section 15 of the Ordinance for eviction of the appellants.
