JUDGMENT
G. M. KOUREJO, J.-This is as appeal against the judgment dated 10-12-1974, passed by the learned Single Judge who decreed the respondent's suit against the appellant Insurance Company for Rs. 1,00,000 with costs and interest at the rate of 6 7. per annum from the date of filing of the suit till payment.
