JUDGMENT
This appeal under section 410, Cr. P. C. directed against the. judgment dated 23-2-1980 of the learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Hryderabad, whereby he convicted the appellant under section 366, P. P. C. and ;sentenced him to suffer simple imprisonment for 10 years and also to pay a fine of Rs. 500 or in default of payment of fine to undergo further simple imprisonment for two months. He was also convicted under section 376, P. P. C. and sentenced to S. 1. for 10 years and to pay a fine of Rs. 500 or in default to undergo further simple imprisonment for two months, he was verso convicted under section 344, P. P. C. and sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for 1 year and to pay a fine of Rs. 100 or in default of payment of fine to undergo further simple imprisonment for one month. The sentences are ordered to run concurrently.
