JUDGMENT
SHAH NAWAz KHAN, J.-Evacuee land in Chaks Nos. 15 & 13 Gajjiani. Chishtian, district Bahawalnagar was temporarily, allotted to the appellants and others, who were refugees from India. The appellant's claim was for rural agricultural area and this land was an urban agricultural land, and, therefore, it could not be confirmed in their names.
