JUDGMENT
This revision petition is directed against the judgment and decree of the learned District Judge, D. I. Khan, slated 20-12-1979 whereby accepting the appeal of the plaintiff-respondent, the judgment and decree of the learned Civil Judge, dismissing the plaintiff-respondent's suit for pre-emption of the land, was set aside and the suit was remanded with the following directions:-
