JUDGMENT
This appeal under section 410, Cr. P. C. is directed against the judgment dated 28th February, 1979 of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sanghar, whereby he convicted the appellants under section 302/307/323/201/34, P. P. C. and sentenced them to suffer imprisonment for life on the first count and 7 years' R. I., and fine of Rs. 1,000 and in default of payment of fine to suffer further R. 1. for one year on the second count, 3 years R. I. and fine of Rs. 500 and in default of payment of fine to undergo R. I. for -six months on the third count and R. I. for six months on the 4th count. The sentences of imprisonment are however ordered to run concurrently.
