JUDGMENT
NAIMUDDIN, J.-This Inter Court Appeal under section 3(l) of the Law Reforms Ordinance, 1972 as amended by Law Reforms (Amendment) Act, 1972 is directed against the judgment and decree dated 18-12-1971, passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in Suit No. 334 of 1968, whereby the suit has been partly decreed.
