JUDGMENT
This Revision Application under sections 435 and 439, Cr. P. C. has been filed against the judgment dated 24-6-1979 of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sukkur, setting aside the order of acquittal dated 24-1-1979 passed by the Joint Civil Judge & F. C. M., Sukkut under section 247, Cr. P. C. and remanding the case for retrial against the 5 applicants.
