ORDER
The plaintiff has applied for rejection of plaint under Order VII, rule 11, C. P. C. on the grounds that defendant No. 1 is a sovereign Foreign State while defendant No. 2 is an organ and integral part of a foreign Embassy and as such the defendants are immune from the process of this Court. Reliance is placed on sections 86-A and 87, C. P. C. to claim immunity.
