Z. A. CHANNA, J.-This office reference raises the rather unusual question whether an appeal which was allowed by a Division Bench of this Court by a short order, for reasons to be recorded later in the judgment, but which reasons cannot now, in the unfortunate circumstances of the case be recorded by that Bench, could be reheard by another Bench.
