Summary of the Case
The applicant challenged the Anti-Terrorism Court’s (ATC) refusal to transfer his case to a Regular Sessions Court under Section 23 of the Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997 (ATA).
The case involved two conflicting FIRs regarding an alleged fake police encounter where a suspect named Nadir Magsi was killed by the police.
