JUDGMENT
This appeal is directed against the judgment dated 31st July, 1979 passed by Senior Special Judge, Kalat Divisions convicting the appellant under sec tion 409, P. P. C., read with section 5(2) of Act II of 1947 to a term of fine of Rs. 2,000 or in default to undergo simple imprisonment for six months.
