JUDGMENT
This revision application is directed against the order of the learned District Judge, Peshawar dated 7th May, 1980, by which lie allowed the appeal of the respondent against the order of the learned Senior Civil Judge rejecting the application of the respondent for the restoration of his suit which was dismissed to default, under rule 8, Order IX, C. P. C.
