JUDGMENT
Ashiq Hussain son of Haji Karim Bakhsh resident of Nowshera Cantt.. District
Peshawar was prosecuted under section 3 of Suppression of Prostitution Ordinance, 1961 and he was found guilty of the said offence by Mr. Gui Rehman Khan, Magistrate Ist Class, Nowsbera who convicted him and sentenced him to undergo simple imprisonment for a period of one month and also to pay a fine of Rs. 200 or in default of payment of fine to undergo further simple imprisonment for two months.
