JUDGMENT
This is a petition under section 247 (6) of the Companies Act, 1913 (hereinafter called the Act) whereby the-petitioner (hereinafter called the Company) seeks restoration of its name to the register of Companies which was dissolved and whose name was struck off the register by the order dated 27th March, 1978, passed by the Assistant Registrar, Joint Stock Companies, Karachi and published .in the Gazette of Pakistan (Part 111) dated 12th April, 1978.
