FINDINGS/RECOMMENDATIONS
This complaint has been filed u/s 10(1) of the Federal Tax Ombudsman Ordinance, 2000 (FTO Ordinance) against passing impugned order u/s 122A of the Income Tax Ordinance, (ITO) 2001 for Tax Year 2018 dated 13.05.2025 and non-issuance of refund of Rs.2.484 million recovered through attachment of Complainant's bank account.
