JUDGMENT
NASIR ASLAM ZAHID, J.-This Petition under Article 199 of the
Constitu tion calls into question the order dated 8-4-1976 of the Member, Federal Land Commission passed in suo motu revision under paragraph 29 of the Land Reforms Regulation 1972 [M. L. R. 115] whereby sale made by respondent No. 5 in favour of the two petitioners has been declared as void.
