ORDER
First Rent Appeals Nos. 163/1980, 332/1980, 343/1980, 384/1980,
410/1980, 519/1980, 524/1980, 650/1980, 668/1980, 669/1980, 670/1980, 671/1980 and 672/1980, 681/1980 are all admittedly time barred for the same have been filed beyond the period of 30 days of the passing of the orders by the Controller, provided in section 21 of the Sind Rented Premises Ordinance, 1979 (hereinafter called the Ordinance). However, in all these appeals, applications under section 5 of the Limitation Act have been made.
