JUDGMENT
In this matter Pakistan Refinery Ltd. are the applicants. Trans world Oil Ltd., a foreign company having its office in Bermuda, are respondent No. 1 and Mr. A. R. Qasuri Advocate (the Arbitrator) is respondent No 2. The present application has been moved by the applicants under section 33 of the Arbitration Act, 1940 seeking an order from this Court that there is no arbitration agreement between the applicants and respondent No. 1 and that all proceedings under any such arbitration are a nullity and without any legal effect.
