JUDGMENT
JUSTICE AFTAB HUSSAIN, CHAIRMAN.-The learned Additional Sessions Judge, Attock, by his order, dated 22-1-1981, convicted the two appellants under section 10(2) of the Zina (Enforcement of Hudood) Ordinance, 1979, and sentenced Muhammad Imtiaz appellant to seven years' rigorous imprisonment, thirty stripes and a fine of Rs. 5,000 or in default to undergo further rigorous imprisonment for two years, and sentenced Mst. Mohammadjan to five years' rigorous imprisonment, 30 stripes and a fine of Rs. 2,000 or in default of payment to undergo further rigorous imprisonment for a period of one year. Hence this appeal.
