JUDGMENT
' MUHAMMAD ZAHOORUL HAQ, J.-The petitioners are the manufacturers and distributors of pharamaceutical products and have been carrying their business since: 1957. They were granted Drug Manufacturing Licence No. 49 of 1957, which authorised them to manufacture MYCIL Powder. The said licence was renewed from 5th November, 1969 to 4th
November, 1971. The ingredients of MYCIL Powder are the following :-
