JUDGMENT
This second appeal under section 15(4) of the West Pakistan Urban Rent Restriction Ordinance, 1959 (hereinafter referred to as the Ordinance) is directed against the Order of ejectment passed by XVIf Civil Judge and Rent Controller, Karachi, against the present appellant, which was confirmed by II Additional District Judge in appeal.
