5. 2(m)-"Money-lender"-Definition-Every transaction relating to lending of money-Does not make a lender a "money-lender" within meaning of Ordinance-Word "business" used in definition-Connotation-No person can be said to carry on business of money lending by mere fact of having advanced money to a person on one or more occasions-Question whether a person advancing money can be said to carry on business of money-lending-Held, a question of fact deducible from circumstances of each individual case.-[Words and phrases-Question of fact].
