JUDGMENT
There is a Police Post in Takwara, about 23 miles away from village Mirbazi, in Kulachi Tehsil of D.I. Khan District. It was here that Rustam Khan of Mirbazi appeared one day on 16-I1-1976 at 5-00 p.m. and lodged a report to the following effect:-
