JUDGMENT
MUHAMMAD SARDAR KHAN, J.-The learned Special Court N: W. F. P.,
Peshawar has convicted the appellant under section 5 of the Explosive Substances Act, 1908 (hereinafter called the `Act') and sentenced him to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of five (5) years.
