JUDGMENT:
MUHAMMAD ZAHODRUL HAQ, J.-This is an appeal by the Karachi Municipal
Corporation against the judgment and decree passed by a learned Single Judge of the West Pakistan High Court, Karachi Bench, Karachi in Suit No. 1020/1965 dated 21st June 1968, by which the suit of the Karachi Municipal Corporation for specific performance of the agreement for the purchase of Karachi Tramways Company with the buildings, stores and rolling stock connected therewith was dismissed in favour of Messrs Muhammad Ali Shaikh Ismadjee, who were the transferees of the said Tramways in Karachi.
