MIANGUL HASSAN AURANGZEB, J:- Through this common judgment, I propose to decide civil revision petition No.249/2016 and regular first appeal No.137/2016, as they entail common questions of law and fact.
2. Through civil revision petition No.249/2016, the petitioner, Jasti Masih, impugns the order dated 30.06.2016, passed by the Court of the learned Additional District Judge, Islamabad, whereby the petitioner’s application for setting aside the ex-parte proceedings initiated against him on 18.05.2016, was dismissed.
