NASIM HASAN SHAH, J.---This is a petition for leave to appeal directed against the judgment of a learned Single Judge of the Lahore High Court passed in R.SA.No.618 of 1980.
The relevant facts are that Akbar Ali predecessor-in-interest of the petitioners herein had instituted a suit to challenge Mutation No.868 sanctioned on 23-5-1974 claiming that the sale of the land in dispute allegedly made by him in favour of the respondents for a sum of Rs.2 lacs was fictitious, based on fraud, misrepresentation and without consideration and was, therefore, liable to be annulled.
