-- Ss. 526 & 342 --- Transfer of a case--Trial Court, while recording statement under S.342, Cr.P.C. sought help of District Attorney for making the petitioner understand questions put by Court though petitioner understood language of the Presiding Officer and there was no need to ask the District Attorney (Prosecutor) to act as interpreter---Hold, this was enough to raise suspicion in the mind of petitioner that his statement had not been correctly recorded and that he might not get justice from the Court --- Case was ordered to be transferred.
