---S.514(5)---Forfeiture of bond---No discrimination in law appears concerning remittance or reduction of penalty as a result of forfeiture of a bond-- Distinction, however, has to be drawn between principal and sureties in case of an accused for purpose of availability and appearance before Trial Court and set of principal and sureties in case of a person who enters into a bond for not committing breach of peace---Balance has to be kept between undue leniency and undue severity in former case, but such principle cannot be extended invariably in latter case as discretion in his favour cannot be exercised as a matter of routine and act of a person bound down for keeping peace or for good behaviour committing breach thereof cannot be countenanced with impunity and ordinarily his violation of bond is bound to be visited with forfeiture of ful amount---Course of imposing ful penalty however, would be subject to certain considerations which were mentioned.
