JUDGMENT

This appeal is directed against judgment dated 1-4-1990 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Kalat at Mastung, whereby appelant was convicted under section 13-E Arms Ordinance, 1965 and sentenced to undergo R.I.for 3-1/2 years.

2. Facts briefly stated are that on 12-9-1989, police authorities received an information about appelant's indulging in repairing unlicensed arms. Consequently shop of appe lant located at Quetta Mastung Road was raided and following articles were a leged to have been recovered from there:--
