Summary of Judgment :
Petitioner, Assistant Professor at IBA since 1984, was compulsorily retired in 2004 without prior show-cause notice, while on foreign leave.
Tribunal set aside the retirement order in 2006 and remanded for proper inquiry.
After Tribunal order, another compulsory retirement order was issued in 2006 without due procedure.
