Through the instant intra court appeal, the appellant, Muhammad Shafi Khan, impugns the judgment dated 26.02.2016, passed by the learned Judge in-Chambers, whereby W.P. No.1156/2015 instituted by respondent No.1 (Pakistan International Airlines Corporation), was allowed. In the said writ petition, respondent No.1 had challenged orders dated 30.08.2013 and 03.12.2014, passed by the Wafaqi Mohtasib and the President of Pakistan, respectively.
