Summary:
The appellant, Murshid, was convicted for the murder of his wife, Mehnaz, and for causing injuries to Shaheen Bibi using a knife (churri) at their residence on 20th March 2014.
The incident was reported by Ejaz Ahmed Khan (complainant) after he heard cries and found his wife and sister injured.
Police arrested Murshid at the scene and recovered the murder weapon.
