MIANGUL HASSAN AURANGZEB, J:- Through the instant Civil Revision Petition, the petitioner, Muhammad Khursheed Khan, impugns the judgment and decree dated 22.04.2015, passed by the Court of the learned Additional District Judge-VIII (West) Islamabad, whereby the petitioner's appeal against the Order dated 25.02.2013, passed by the learned Executing Court, was dismissed.
2. The record of this case reveals that on 30.10.2001, suit for declaration and specific performance of agreement of sell, titled "Muhammad Khursheed Khan Vs. Asif Raza Mir", was decreed.
