JUDGMENT
MOHSIN AKHTAR KAYANI, J. By this single judgment, we intend to decide both the above mentioned appeals.
2. Through the instant ICAs, appellants have assailed the order dated 29.04.2016 passed by learned Singe Judge in Chambers in Civil Suit No.27/2016 whereby learned Judge has allowed the C.M. Nos.01 & 143 of 2016 with the following observations:-
