The Pakistan Science Foundation (the Foundation) is established under Section 3 of the Pakistan Science Foundation Act, 1973, as a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal.
The general directions, conduct, and management of the Foundation’s affairs, including administration of its funds, are exclusively vested in the Board of Trustees (Section 5).
