SUMMARY OF THE ORDER:Execution Misconduct
The petitioner challenged the order dated 08.03.2025 passed by the Executing Court, which had dismissed his objection petition regarding the execution of a decree for recovery of dowry articles.
The decree-holder (Respondent No.2) initiated execution, and the property of the surety (Respondent No.3) was put to auction. Respondent No.4 (Sajid Hanif Bhatti, Advocate), appointed as Court Auctioneer, received Rs.3,00,000 from the surety and issued receipts but failed to report to the Court. A new auctioneer was appointed, and the petitioner filed objections, claiming partial satisfaction of the decree.
