Civil Revision No. 7 of 1950, decided on 27th January, 1951, against the decree, dated 11th November, 1949 passed by Additional Judge, Peshawar whereby the decree, dated 6th September, 1948 made by judge IV Class Peshawar in suit No 70/1 of 1947 was affirmed and the appeal was dismissed.
