This Intra Court Appeal was filed under Section 3 of the Law Reforms Ordinance, 1972, against the order of a learned Judge-in-Chamber dated 26.10.2022, which allowed a writ petition and granted Shaheed status to Muhammad Saif Ullah, a police constable.
