ORDER
Through this application under Section 12 (2) CPC read with Section 151 CPC and Article 269 of the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973, the applicant has challenged the judgment dated 03.11.1992 of this Court passed in W.P. No.819/1972 on the ground of fraud and misrepresentation.
