The instant civil petition for leave to appeal under Article 185(3) of the Constitution of Pakistan challenges the judgment dated 29.05.2023 by the Peshawar High Court, D.I.Khan Bench, which dismissed Civil Revision No. 140-D of 2015. The petitioner, Aoeel Ahmed Abbasi, sought to pre-empt the sale of land measuring 52 Kanals 19 Marlas purchased by respondents No. 1 and 2 through mutation No. 1372 dated 21.11.2009.
