Through this appeal, appellant Bilal Ahmad (“appellantâ€) has assailed the judgement dated 24.11.2021 passed by learned Sessions Judge/Special Juvenile Court, Rajanpur (“Trial Courtâ€) in crime report bearing FIR No. 252/2021 dated 09.05.2021, for offence under Section 376 of the Pakistan Penal Code 1860 (“PPCâ€), registered with Police Station Kot Mithan, District Rajanpur (“crime report†or “FIRâ€), whereby the appellant was sentenced and convicted, as under:
