ORDER
Appellant, Muhammad Fayyaz, was tried by a learned Additional Sessions Judge Attock, in case F.I.R. No. 202 dated 13-05-2022 u/s 302, 34 PPC, registered at Police Station Hazro, District Attock. The learned trial court vide judgment dated 27-06-2023, convicted the appellant u/s 302(b) PPC and sentenced him to imprisonment for life, with compensation of Rs.10,00,000/- under section 544-A Cr.P.C. to be paid to the legal heirs of the deceased recoverable as arrears of land revenue, in case of default to further undergo six months S.I. Benefit of section 382-B Cr.P.C. was also extended.
