Summary of the Bail Order (Riaz Ahmad Case):Forgery Bail
Riaz Ahmad, accused in FIR No. 28/2024 registered under various sections of the Pakistan Penal Code (PPC) and the Prevention of Corruption Act (PCA), sought post-arrest bail, which had already been denied by the trial court. He was accused of fraudulently transferring land belonging to a deceased person (Muhammad Nawaz) into his own name through a forged sale deed, allegedly in collusion with revenue officials (Patwari, Qanoongo, Naib Tehsildar).
