Direction to Respondents Nos. 1 to 4 to create Service Tribunals for the executive category of employees of entities governed by non-statutory service rules/regulations, in light of the judgment reported as 2024 SCMR 1458 passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of Pakistan.
