Summary of the Court Order:

The petitioner was appointed as a Junior Clerk in 2011 and served until 2016, receiving a salary for part of that period. He claimed that despite fulfilling his duties, he has faced delays and harassment from officials, and that his legal rights under Article 4 of the Constitution have been violated. The respondents stated that the petitioner's records were submitted after a 13-year delay and that he had resumed duty after an 8-year absence, requiring explanation under service rules. The court directed the respondents to review the matter and give the petitioner a hearing. However, without deciding on the merits of the case, the petition was dismissed.
